Director Of Tennis - justin Campbell


Justin Campbell is originally from Longview, Texas. He attended TJC where they were rank #1 in the nation as a team for two years. Transferred to Methodist University in North Carolina where he studied Professional Tennis Management. He competed for his college Men's Tennis Team at the number 2 position in singles, and number 1 in doubles. Justin's efforts were recognized by receiving the MVP Award for his team. Justin has been working in the Fairfield County area for several years. His former clubs include Belle Haven (Greenwich, CT), Silver Spring Country Club (Ridgefield, CT) and most recently comes from Aspetuck Valley Country club where he was Head of Racquets for over 4 years.  Among Justin's many credentials, he is certified under,

- PTR (Professional Tennis Registry) Level 5 Master of Tennis (Adult & Cardio)

- PTR Level 3 Junior Development (11-17, 10 & Under, High Performance)

- USTA Sports Science (Level 3)

- POA (Certification to teach disabled and blind)

- PPTA (Professional Platform Tennis Association)

It is worth mentioning that prior to moving to Connecticut, Justin coached the Methodist University Women's Tennis Team. Throughout his coaching, the M.U. Women's Team broke a record of 24 straight matches won. Throughout this winning streak, Justin's team won their conference tournament, and made quarterfinals in the NCAA tournament.         



A USPTR Certified Tennis Professional from Stamford, Vishnu started teaching tennis as a volunteer for the Junior Tennis Outreach Program for the City of Stamford and for the Greater Stamford Tennis Association, while in High School. He captained the Westhill Varsity Tennis team for 2 years before studying abroad in India, where he played competitive tennis while earning his Bachelors in Business Management.

Vishnu has previously taught tennis at Weston Raquet Club and Armonk International Tennis Academy where he trained some of the top Juniors in the country and ran the Women's 3.5 USTA clinics. He was also the Head Tennis Pro at Rock Ridge Country Club in Newtown, CT for the past 2 summers before coming to the Elmwood. He has a tremendous love for the sport of Tennis and enjoys teaching all age groups. He constantly works to be a better coach.
