Frank Oritz, Elmwood Country Club’s expert personal trainer and masseur, is an Ace certified personal trainer and a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. His extensive experience includes strength and conditioning, balance and stabilization, therapeutic/medical massage, injury treatment, and neuromuscular stretch. Serving Westchester for over 15 years Frank combines exercise & massage to increase strength, performance and ease of movement as well as decrease pain resulting from sports related injuries.
